Our mission is to support your organization as an extension of your in-house staff.  This partnership will save your company valuable staff time and money, allowing them to focus their attention on your clients, speakers and other guests, rather than the logistics of the meeting.

We provide strong communication with your organization to review all aspects of the program.  Our goal is to anticipate and troubleshoot as many on-site challenges ahead of time.  We meticulously review all vendor event orders for clarity and accuracy.  Additionally, we schedule and run a pre-convention meeting with hotels and vendors to talk through every detail and further establish ourselves as the main point of contact on your behalf for logistics on-site.
